Mrs. Srimathi Krishnamchari says that she has found a new meaning to her life. A talent she employed to decorate her home has now brought happiness beyond the confines of her household. Each kerchief she embroiders with new design and is eager to finish a dozen a day. To Mrs. Chitra , the day is incomplete if she hasn’t embroidered atleast 5 of them. A month ago all she knew was to sew buttons and nothing more. She was inspired by her friend Mrs.Meenakshi Selvaraj and learnt the skill from her. In no time she was adept at it and she wove wonderful designs. A group of Ladies From Roshini , an organization in Coimbatore too contributed their skills. And many more followed suit. Donors bought these elegantly crafted handkerchiefs in hundreds. The Navarathri sets were picked up no sooner they were ready and the donors were from far and wide. From Gurgaon to Madurai and Chennai to Kutch people eagerly sought these .And the demand is steadily on the rise. You can too add strength to this project. You can do
